Our History
Our school was founded in the fall of 1965 under this directive of the late President Chiang Kai-shek and was originally named Jinsha Junior Vocational School.
At the time, due to construction delays, the school building was not ready for use at the start of the semester. Classes were temporarily held in borrowed classrooms at Jinsha Elementary School. On December 1, 1965, the school building was completed, and operations moved to the new site. In 1967, the school was officially restructured and renamed Kinmen County Jinsha Junior High School.
Under the exceptional leadership of successive principals, the school overcame numerous challenges to establish a solid foundation and achieve significant milestones. In the 1998 academic year, a night school program was launched to promote adult and community education, further demonstrating the school’s commitment to educational development and excellence.
